How it works

Built for the days that don't go to plan

Most habit apps reward perfection. Everyish rewards coming back.

  1. Step 1

    Pick a few

Start with up to three habits. Small and specific beats ambitious and vague.

  2. Step 2

    Check in

One tap from the app, a widget, your watch or Siri. No forms, no journaling required.

  3. Step 3

    Miss a day

It happens. A grace day covers it, or set a vacation range — your history stays whole.

  4. Step 4

    Come back

Gentle reminders and a reward loop that celebrates returning, not just streaks.

Features

Less pressure, more follow-through

Grace days

A streak that forgives

One off day shouldn't erase three good weeks. Grace days and vacation ranges keep your progress intact, so a missed day is just a missed day.

  • Grace days automatically cover the occasional slip
  • Vacation ranges pause habits while you're away or unwell
  • Your history shows what you did, not just what you missed

Guided routines

Mornings, one small step at a time

Turn "get ready" into a short, guided list of steps. Everyish walks you through them one at a time, with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen so you don't lose your place.

  • Step-by-step routines with a Live Activity and Dynamic Island
  • "Break it down" suggestions for habits that feel too big
  • Start a routine from a widget, Siri or your Apple Watch

Focus sessions

A timer that keeps you company

Start a focus session when a task feels slippery. The timer lives on your Lock Screen, and focus soundscapes help block out the noise (Everyish Plus).

  • Focus sessions with a Live Activity you can glance at
  • Focus soundscapes to settle in (Everyish Plus)
  • Session history so you can see your effort add up

Dopamine menu

Something to reach for when you're stuck

Keep a personal menu of small, good-for-you things — a walk, a song, a snack — so you don't have to come up with ideas when your brain won't cooperate.

  • Your own list, organized the way you like
  • Suggestions to get you started
  • One tap away, right inside the app

Reminders

Nudges, not nagging

Reminders are scheduled on your device at the times you choose. With Everyish Plus, adaptive reminders adjust to when you actually check in.

  • Local notifications — no push server, no tracking
  • Adaptive reminders that learn your rhythm (Everyish Plus)
  • Easy to snooze, easy to turn off

Widgets

Check habits off from the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

Apple Watch

Log a habit from your wrist, directly paired with your iPhone.

Siri & Shortcuts

"Log a habit in Everyish" or ask how your day is going.

iPhone and iPad

Syncs through your own iCloud, never through our servers.

Themes

Pick the look that feels calm to you.

Export everything

Your full history as CSV, anytime — free, forever.

Who it's for

For brains that work in bursts

If streak-based apps make you feel worse after one bad day, Everyish was made for you — ADHD diagnosis or not.

  • People with ADHD
  • Anyone who quit a habit app after breaking a streak
  • Students
  • Remote workers
  • Parents juggling routines
  • Creatives with irregular days

Privacy

Your habits are nobody's business.

There is no account, no login and no Everyish server with your information. Habits, routines and history live on your device and, if you want, in your private iCloud — JJ Software can't see them.

No ads and no advertising identifiers. Anonymous usage statistics (which features get used, never what your habits are called) help improve the app, and you can turn them off in Settings. Health-related information is never collected.
