Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These terms cover your use of Everyish, made by JJ Software. The short version: use the app as intended, subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple under Apple's own rules, and Everyish is a habit-building tool — not a medical device, and not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, this document is the license agreement between you and us for that use, and it works alongside Apple's own Usage Rules and the Standard End User License Agreement terms Apple requires every developer to include (see §11).
By downloading, installing, or using Everyish, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Everyish is a habit-tracking app designed with ADHD brains in mind. It includes a free tier (up to 3 habits, 1 guided routine, and the core reward loop) and an optional auto-renewing subscription, Gentle Plus, that unlocks unlimited habits and routines, Live Activities, adaptive reminders, focus soundscapes, and other features described in the app and on its App Store listing.
Everyish is a habit tracker designed for ADHD brains. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or assess ADHD or any other medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition, and it is not a medical device.
The onboarding questions ("what does your brain do to you?" and similar) exist to personalize wording and default suggestions — they are not a clinical screening tool, and produce no score, diagnosis, or result of any kind. Suggestions inside the app, including habit templates, the "break it down" feature, and the dopamine menu, are general organizational and wellness ideas, not clinical guidance.
Nothing in the app is a substitute for care from a qualified doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or other professional. If you have concerns about ADHD, your mental health, or any medical condition, please talk to a qualified professional. Your use of the app, and any decisions you make based on it, are your own responsibility.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gentle Habits (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If you are between that age and the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Everyish does not require you to create an account with JJ Software. Where the app syncs data, it does so to your own iCloud account, governed by your relationship with Apple — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Gentle Plus is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (currently Yearly, Monthly, and Weekly plans) at the price and for the duration shown in the app and on the App Store product page at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are set and processed by Apple.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple Account's Subscriptions.
All purchases are billed by Apple, and refund requests are handled entirely by Apple under its own refund policies — we have no ability to issue a refund directly, and no visibility into your payment details.
The free tier of Gentle Habits (currently 3 habits, 1 guided routine, the Home Screen widget, and unlimited CSV export) is intended to remain permanently free and functional. We may adjust the specific limits of the free tier over time, but we won't turn a feature you already rely on into a locked feature retroactively without reasonable notice.
Anything you type into Gentle Habits — habit names, routine steps, notes, and similar — belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, it stays on your device and, if you enable it, your own iCloud account; we never see it. You're responsible for making sure the content you enter is lawful and appropriate. Gentle Habits does not currently have any feature to share or publish your content to other people.
You agree not to:
The Everyish name, logo, and the app's design, code, and content (other than what you enter yourself) are owned by JJ Software. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and Apple's Usage Rules. This license doesn't give you any ownership or other rights in the app itself.
Gentle Habits relies on services provided by Apple — the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and Siri, among others — each governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices, which are separate from this document. If the app ever links to a website or service we don't operate, we aren't responsible for its content or practices.
This section reflects Apple's required minimum terms for apps distributed through the App Store. It exists alongside the rest of this document, and where the two describe the same topic, both apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Everyish is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ Software won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability can't be excluded under applicable law, JJ Software's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid JJ Software (through Apple) in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 20 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency) if you haven't made any payment.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have that can't be limited or excluded under the law of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold JJ Software harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms.
You can stop using Everyish at any time by deleting it from your device; canceling a Gentle Plus subscription is done through your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings, as described in §6. We may discontinue the app or any feature of it, with reasonable notice where practical, if continuing to offer it becomes impractical for us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your own country grants you rights that can't be limited by this choice. Before pursuing formal proceedings, we'd genuinely appreciate the chance to resolve any dispute directly — write to contato@jjsoftware.online first.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
