This site has no accounts, shows no ads and sells no data. We only receive personal data from you when you write to us — through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp — and we use it only to reply and prepare a proposal.
Google Analytics cookies are only turned on if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your mind at any time under "Cookie preferences", in the footer of every page.
1. Who we are
The jjsoftware.online website is run by JJ Software ("JJ Software", "we", "us"), the controller of the personal data processed on it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD").
This policy covers every page of jjsoftware.online. The Hotaru, Everyish and Cobrei apps have their own privacy policies, published on each app's page. The Portuguese version of this policy is the authoritative one.

2. When you contact us
Through the contact form you send us your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in and your message. We use them only to reply, understand the project and, if you want one, send a proposal.
The form stores nothing in a database: it turns your message into an email to contato@jjsoftware.online, sent by Resend, Inc. (United States), which operates that delivery for us. The message stays in JJ Software's inbox.
If you'd rather email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you write through those channels. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

3. Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics 4, by Google LLC (United States), so we can understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, where visits come from (for example, a Google search), the type of device and browser, approximate location (country and city) and clicks on outbound links such as WhatsApp and the App Store. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We use this data in aggregate to improve the site's content. We don't use it for advertising: the site tells Google that ad storage and ad personalization are turned off.
If you click "Decline" or don't answer the notice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Legal basis: consent (LGPD art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time (section 4).
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site only uses the following:
- jj-cookie-consent (browser local storage, necessary): remembers your choice in the cookie notice so we don't ask on every page. It stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
- _ga and _ga_8XYBR8XDD2 (Google Analytics cookies, only with consent): tell visitors and sessions apart without identifying you by name. They last up to 2 years.
- Cloudflare security cookies such as __cf_bm (necessary): may be set when Cloudflare needs to check whether a visit comes from a person or a bot (section 5).
How to change your choice
Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page and choose again. If you decline after accepting, the site turns Google Analytics off and deletes the _ga cookies from your browser. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
5. Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as IP address, browser and requested page, under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running (LGPD art. 7, IX).
6. Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent personal data. It only passes through the providers that run the site for us — Resend (form delivery), Google (Google Analytics, if you accept) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) — or is handed to authorities when the law requires it.
Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, the App Store and the websites of clients in our portfolio, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
7. International transfers
Resend, Google and Cloudflare are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Brazil. These transfers rely on the contractual data protection safeguards those providers offer, under LGPD art. 33.
8. How long we keep data
- Contact messages: as long as needed to reply and, if the conversation becomes a project, for the business relationship and any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, per the property's retention setting.
- Your cookie choice: until you change it or clear the site's data in your browser.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD you have the right, among others, to:
- Confirm whether we process your data and access it
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Ask for unnecessary or unlawfully processed data to be anonymized, blocked or deleted
- Ask for your data to be ported
- Ask for data processed on the basis of your consent to be deleted
- Know who we share your data with
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@jjsoftware.online. We reply within 15 days. This email is also our contact channel for data protection matters.
10. Security
Every page is served over HTTPS, and contact messages are kept only in JJ Software's inbox, with restricted access. No system is immune to incidents; if one could cause you significant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the LGPD requires.
11. Children
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals looking to hire software development. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change affects what you consented to, we'll ask for your consent again through the cookie notice.
